If you need a form in a hurry simply pick one up here!  Please note that we will need a copy of your driver's license or some other ID for proof of age to accompany membership forms.  We can make a copy for you here at the center.

Property Tax/Rent Rebate

2025 Property Tax/Rent Rebate are available.   You may pick up the form at the center 9 AM - 2 PM, M-F.  You can also click here to file online from home through the Department of Revenue website. Assistance with filling out your forms is available at the center. Call (717)938.4649 to set up an appointment time/or with questions.
