Printed copies are available to pick up in person at the center, at the Library, and Lewisberry UMC.Stay up to date with what is going on at the center! If you need a form in a hurry simply pick one up here! Please note that we will need a copy of your driver's license or some other ID for proof of age to accompany membership forms. We can make a copy for you here at the center.

2026 Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications are available. Contact Representative Marc Anderson's office (717) 432-0792 to assist you with your application. You can also click here to file online from home through the Department of Revenue website. Assistance with filling out your forms is available in person at the Dillsburg office.
